[Why Paperclips Are Cool]

I guess everyone have to start somewhere.
The concept is fine, a clip jumping around and pushing people over, but everything else is lacking.

The music is alright.

[Kagemono: The Shadow Folk]

Really good animation.
The graphics and art were pretty solid done in its own way, very cartoony and this gives it a nice - cute look.
The story itself was funny in such a way that you would find yourself smiling once in a while, again; built really cute and interesting, incredible work on the audio too.
I don't know, I didnt feel that it was "One of the best things I have ever seen" but the way it was executed and the whole idea behind it still made it a really awesome animation.
All in all, really well done, not quiet enough for a 5/5, but pretty close.

[The Ocean]

Sorry but I didnt enjoy this animation.
The graphics themselves are solid if nothing less, the audio is bad in such a way it makes me cringe and my ears start crying.

The humor was to make people laugh because some dude wants to fuck the ocean, this just doesnt sell your animation in a good way.
A animation shouldn't be able to "float" or "do good" just because its "inappropriate" now, if something is inappropriate and funny, that's a whole other case. But this "animation" doesnt have anything else to say than "I am inappropriate, love me!" and that just isn't enough for me.
I'll give you half a star for the semi decent animation style and the fact that you used time on it.

I don't think its fair for all the other artists who make great animations with great humor and much better animations than you, since you took away a "featured spot" with a mediocre executed bad idea.
If newgrounds continue to travel down this road we'll soon see pointless animations of dicks and tits with nothing else featured.
